The room was amazing and comfy, appreciated its views over sea. The location was magnificent, for example, a water park was relatively close to the hotel. And it was also close to parks, resorts, worldwide and all night-cafe and the island.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. It had a great sea view balcony. The pool area was clean and the location was perfect and nice, next to parks, resorts, worldwide, and a state park.

The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had studio suite with a private bathroom. There were a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator.

The rooms were big and amazing and had a microwave oven, a dishwasher and coffee & tea making facilities. The property's location was absolutely perfect and excellent, on all night-cafe.

Hotel's staff were amicable and incredibly nice. The food was amazing, with a wide array of options.

We got a room with a tub. Tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and an oven were a nice touch. The setting was excellent, really close to the island. Also, Georgia Sea Turtle Center was 2 miles away.

The location was great with easy access to the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was new and spacious with a comfortable king bed. We appreciated having a kitchenette to make our own meals.

The housekeeping was poor with uncleaned utensils in the sink and old food in the fridge. The cleaning crew also overlooked providing enough towels for our stay.

Came in Jekyll Island to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was fine base for doing it. Booked a room with awesome views of the ocean. The hotel's physical amenities are very well maintained, and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice and the kitchenette was convenient. In addition, the pool and location were great.

The staff was extremely short-staffed, and the bar and pool closed early.

We didn't feel like leaving and would love to return. Everything was really good from staff, who were amicable, to the magnificent location. The room was reasonably spacious and amazing, with a private bathroom. Really enjoyed the location right on beach. It was also not far from the island, a state park, and all night-cafe.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking our own meals. The room was also very clean and we appreciated that we could bring our pet with us. The hotel facilities were great too with a nice pool and a pet area for dogs. The location was perfect as it was close to everything.
